Donate Your Old Phone to Help Share JESUS
People like you have already sent over 29 phones. Our staff completely erased and reset the phones, loaded them with Jesus Film Project® content and the Jesus Film Project app, and sent them to West Africa and Ethiopia.
Staff and volunteers used them to meet with seekers, many who had seen or heard JESUS on TV or radio and responded.
“We’re currently working with a ministry partner to spread the gospel through peer-to-peer phone sharing, using the donated phones. There will be no need for the internet in isolated places. This could be huge, truly disciple-multiplying in these closed, restricted countries, like when Jesus fed the 5,000! I hope that hundreds of friends of JESUS will send in their used phones or iPads. We’re ready and excited!”

How Phone Donations Spread the Good News
You can recycle your old phone in the best possible way by turning it into a powerful tool used by missionaries to spread the gospel in restricted and closed countries. Place the power of the gospel into the hands of trained workers eager to reach their people for Christ.
Your donated phones will be double checked to ensure data is cleared and erased before being given to staff, volunteers, and missionaries. There are a few minimum requirements and specific steps you will need to take before mailing in your device. Additionally, you may be able to qualify for a tax deduction. We suggest contacting your phone carrier for the current estimated value and check with your tax advisor.
Read below to learn everything and decide what to do next.
There are some minimum requirements:
iPhones, and iPads: iOS 10 or higher, iPhone 6 and higher, and iPad 4th generation and higher.
Android: Android 6.0 or higher (for example, Samsung Galaxy S5 and higher).
Please wrap your used device in protective packaging and include the charger and cord if available, though they are not required. Then please ship your device to:
